- I am a permanent researcher at LPTHE, a theoretical physics research group affiliated to CNRS and University Paris 6, now on leave at CERN
- My research interests cover high energy physics, supergravity, string theory, black holes, topological strings, etc.
- I am also interested in mathematical topics relevant to this kind of physics: automorphic forms, algebraic geometry, quaternionic geometry, etc.
- Together with other colleagues, I co-organize the "Rencontres Théoriciennes Supergravité et Supercordes"at IHP, now entering its 10th year.
- I created and maintain the SEMPARIS and String Theory in Greater Paris web sites.
- I used to play oboe, sing in a choir, play go - hope to get back to these some day !
